The Tennis Otago prize giving was held over the weekend and two OBHS students were awarded Junior Player of the Year Awards.

Zane Gray  won the Under 14 Boys Player of the Year, and Ayoub Ahmad won the Under 12 Boys Player of the Year. Ayoub also won the Overall Boys Player of the Year for the 2015-16 season.

Both boys are members of the Otago tennis representative team, and Zane's Green Island interclub team won the local Men's Division 2 grade. Ayoub was selected in the Southern Region team at Nationals earlier this year, and placed 3rd in doubles at Nationals as a season highlight.
