Ryan rocks it!
Over the first weekend of the school holidays Year 12 student Ryan Kenton spent 9 hours at John McGlashan College recording a live music video.
Ryan’s band ‘Neils Beach’ recently competed regionally at Rockquest where they won the ZM People’s Choice Award giving them the opportunity to compete nationally via video entrance along side the 1st and 2nd place winners.
The top 30 bands nationally get announced on the 30th of July before getting re-judged by a new panel of judges. The new judges will then select the top 10 bands to perform live at the national finals in Auckland.
The 'Neils Beach' video consists of 4 original songs: Ain’t Gonna Worry, Stuck, Purple, and Lost/Found.
