This was the first year our Geography students were able to participate in the regional Geography quiz at Otago University.

The last 2 years have been cancelled because of COVID-19 so we were excited to test our Geography knowledge against Otago/Southland's best Geographers.

Students faced a range of different activities including; mapping, general knowledge, current events, places and spaces and creative playdough activities.

Well done to both participating teams. Now we just need to locate the trophy from the 2019 winners to proudly display in our Geography classroom.

The winning team consisted of Tom Hayman, Freddie Hore and Hugo Barsby. Javara Clarke, Hadi Obaidullah and Hayden Drummond came a respectable 4th place.
