Motoki Tanaka has gained the highest award in Scouting.

Motoki is an International student who has been part of our school and hostel brotherhood since Year 10. From Japan, Motoki is a hard working and popular student who has achieved well in NCEA in his second language, English. He also plays in our 1st XV. 

To gain the accolade of ‘Eagle Scout’ is an outstanding achievement for Motoki. 

He travelled home to Japan to receive this award in the recent holidays after attending the Highlanders rugby training camp. We are very proud of you Motoki - this is an outstanding achievement!
