Please read this IMPORTANT message regarding the Board of Trustee nomination forms you have received.

To Parents / Caregivers of the Otago Boys' High School community,

We act as your Returning Officer for the current Board of Trustee Elections and you will have received from us nomination and instruction forms to enable you to put your name forward for the School Board.

I have been made aware that some of the formatting undertaken by us on the school parent roll has led to an error in some first names on the nomination papers being incorrect. I would stress that the information contained in the packs is for you and you should open and use the information contained inside in order to put a nomination forward.

I sincerely apologise for this error. We will ensure that these errors are fixed before the voting round. The information contained in the packs is the same for all Parents / Caregivers and we welcome your participation in the Board of Trustee election process.
