Over the weekend of Matariki, the OBHS Squash team of Ashton Hansen, Vinnie Gable and Ben Turnbull travelled to Nelson to play in the South Island Secondary Schools Squash Tournament.

In the first round they comfortably beat Christchurch Boys’ High School 3 - 0. Then followed this up with a closely fought victory over Burnside High School 2 -1 to be one of the only two unbeaten sides. The highly ranked Marlborough Boys' team proved too strong in the final beating us 3 – 0. 

This is the second year in a row this team has come second in this tournament and with two members returning we look forward to continued success.
