When you're an avid book reader it can be hard to understand how other people don't like reading. Many of us would like to read but struggle finding the time, but regardless of how often or not we read - we do love a good book.

Recently, while talking to a class of Year 10 students during their library session, I asked the small group of reluctant readers who really 'hated' reading. Three brave hands were raised and I asked if they would come with me and buy some books they might like to read. They were keen, so today we went to town and came back with this fabulous pile of books which they will present to their classmates and get first dibs on. They were as pleased as I was. 

Sometimes we need time to read, sometimes we just need to find our own special book. Best buying trip ever!
