The year 8 BBQ which was held recently was a great success. Despite the weather being a bit cooler there was a very good turnout of parents and boys.

The tug of war on Littlebourne was hotly contested, with each of the houses coming away with a win. Aspinall won the team event, and had first go at the sausages on offer down on the Green. 

Hostel parents had their first chance to mix and mingle with the day parents. The barbecue was enjoyed by all. The chatter amongst boys, parents and staff continued well after the last sausage was finished.

New apparel suppliers Gilbert were on hand and also had a busy night with most parents taking the opportunity to purchase and pick up PE uniforms. These are now available from The Otago Sports Depot in George St.
