JR McKenzie Youth Education Fund - Application for Assistance.

The JR McKenzie Youth Education Fund supports families in need of financial assistance with the purchasing of a school uniform. 

An application form is attached, or to request an application form, please contact the school office by email jane.gourley@obhs.school.nz or phone 477 5527. 

Applications can be emailed or posted to the JR McKenzie Trust by the closing date of Friday 6 December.
