Paul Vlietstra has announced his resignation from the position of Hostel Manager.

Paul has served the Hostel and by proxy the communities of Otago and Southland very well. His passion for the Hostel is never in question and he has improved many of the systems in his 5 years of service.

I believe though his greatest legacy will be in the culture he leaves behind amongst the boys. He has, over the last 5 years, worked very hard to maintain a system of care, consistency and consequences.

Paul and his wife Barbara are moving to Queenstown and we wish them all the best.
