Year 12 students learning about Experimental Design in Statistics get to design and carry out their own experiment.

They are testing "Does stretching your mouth for 2 minutes allow you to fit more marshmallows in?" Good fun, plenty of stuffed mouths and most importantly, great statistical thinking. 

The 2016 Otago Boys' High School Marshmallow Stuffed Mouth Champion is Wilson Mackenzie-White with a grand total of 27 marshmallows in his mouth at once!
