At the full school assembly held on Monday morning, the Students of the Term for term 3 were announced.

Congratulations to the following recipients:

Year 9
Talvin Williamson

Talvin is an outstanding student who is highly engaged in his work. He epitomises the values of perseverance and respect through his work ethic and manners.  

Year 10
Matthew Glover

Matthew is a quiet achiever. He demonstrates outstanding attention to detail in his classes. Matthew is always willing to learn and achieves at a high level while being respectful of classroom routines.

Year 11
Freddie Hore

With outstanding effort and an equally outstanding attitude, Freddie sees the positive in everything and is always thinking of others. He is extremely hardworking which has resulted in excellent achievements. Freddie was part of a group that won the national Geography competition. He is a Centurion and has passed NCEA Level 1. 

Year 12
Bruno Hare

Bruno is an engaged, interested, polite, and enthusiastic young man. He demonstrates all the values of an OB’s boy on a daily basis. Bruno is on track to be a Centurion and has already secured an excellence endorsement at NCEA Level 2.

Year 13
Aaron Nelson

Aaron is extremely polite, hardworking, and motivated to do well. He is always ready to help in the library and has been an exceptional leader. He is very proud to be an OBHS boy and wore his uniform with pride at Robocup. Aaron has passed NCEA Level 3 and is on his way to an excellence endorsement.
