Friday 18th September and Saturday 19th September 2020.

Our new fair date is now Saturday 19th September 2020, and we are on the hunt for helpers. Thank you so much to those who offered first time around. We would really appreciate your continued support.

Below we have outlined the planned schedule for both days. If you are able to spare time on either or both days, we would greatly appreciate it.

FRIDAY 18th SEPTEMBER 2020

From approximately 4pm - 8pm. 

Shift donated items from container/Shand to allocated classrooms, set up rooms and display items where appropriate.

SATURDAY 19th SEPTEMBER 2020

Arrival time 8.30am - 9am. Final preparation of classrooms and surrounding stalls where needed. Help man a stall during fair hours 10am - 2pm.

From 2pm, help with clean up and setting classrooms back up.
