Last weekend Isaac returned to the bowling crease after a 8 month layoff and returned figures of 6 for 4 off 3.1 overs.

A great return to the bowling crease for Isaac - 8 months after an operation.

Isaac was playing for the legendary 9B cricket side at Littlebourne and turned in a 'man of the match performance' with the ball. In 3.1 overs Isaac took 6 wickets; all bowled! In his second over he was on a hat-trick, and although unsuccessful he did take 3 wickets in that over, off his 1st, 2nd and 4th deliveries.

Isaac's bowling made the difference, with Taieri College all out for 84. Incidentially all 10 of the Taieri wickets were bowled out.

In response we were 7 down, with good knocks by Dan Hayman, George Scurr and his cousin Will Scurr.
