The 2018 Otago/Southland Relays were held on Thursday in Milton.

The Junior 1 team comprising of: Winston Ward, Ashton Booth, George Hamilton and Josh Potter came second, 5 seconds behind John McGlashan who won the event.

The second junior team finished with a credible forth placing.

In the senior race, OBHS 1: Flynn Steel, Rhys Dunbar, Jack Divers and Nathan Hill finished second to King’s High School. Nathan Hill posted the fastest time of the day 5min 35.9sec.

The second senior team finished in 5th place.

The Otago Cross Country event being held at the Kaikorai Valley College course will be run on Thursday 31 May.
