JR McKenzie Youth Education Fund - Application for Assistance.
The JR McKenzie Youth Education Fund supports families in need of financial assistance with the purchasing of a school uniform.
To request an application form please contact the school office by email jane.gourley@obhs.school.nz or phone 477 5527. Applications should be returned to the JR McKenzie Trust by Friday 7 December 2018.
