Sports Classes Put Through Their Paces

It was great to have Carmel Leslie working with our High Performance Sports classes this week putting the boys through their paces in core stabilisation and pilates based exercises. The boys also learnt valuable recovery strategies associated with international gymnastics and how best to activate muscle groups.
