Old Boy and Forsyth Barr Investment Adviser Damian Foster was in the school this week working with Senior Economics students on this years Monetary Policy Challenge. This Friday the team sends a presentation to the Reserve Bank relating to the OCR's future direction.

Old Boy Jasper Dove left Otago Boys' in 2018 to peruse a Bachelor of Culinary Arts at Otago Polytechnic.

In his first semester Jasper designed a dish based on an artifact from the Otago Museum and as part of the Otago Museum 150th  Anniversary , he was allocated a patu which is a Maori root beater. 

All the ingredients were linked to Maori, the bread crostini, smoked mussels and puha pesto, it served it on dehydrated kelp.   Jasper's dish was served at a evening function.
