This week we have had the disappointing news of a return to Alert Level 2.

This week’s Senior Assembly focused on service, both within and beyond the School.

Last Saturday Night Year 13 students and their partners attended the annual Year 13 Otago Boys' High School formal.

Level 2 students made local seasonal food from the Otago Farmers Market.

The Year 11 Geography class have been studying the sustainable use of environments.

The men trudged forward, wading through the vast expanse of mud and death. Once majestic trees lay still amongst the mutilated bodies of man and beast alike. Murky pools containing God knows what, reflected the morning sun like grimy mirrors, the whistling sound of shells indicating an incoming rainstorm of death.

This week our Artist of the Week is Year 13 student Angelo Fortunato.

School House looked a bit different on Saturday night with the Year 13 boys dressed to the nines and with their partners in hand.

“KIA ORANA” to everyone. Last week was the fourth instalment of the Pacific Island Language Week for 2020. We celebrated the lovely beautiful islands of the Cook Islands.

This week we are having our traditional interschool with King's High School.

It was the first time for the majority of boys to find themselves running across a golf course - Chisolm Park. Held on Sunday, it was a beautiful day with a slight wind that really did not affect the running.

Otago Boys’ High School swimming team enjoyed success at the Otago Secondary Schools Swimming Championships held at Moana Pool.

The final collection of pre-loved goods for the school fair that was to be held this Sunday has been cancelled.

Friday 18th September and Saturday 19th September 2020.

Thank you for the wonderful support and donations for our chocolate wheel that you made earlier in the year. Unfortunately, with the delay of our fair from April, many of the blocks of chocolate donated would have expired by September. These blocks were donated back to the school and used in the wonderful hampers in the school raffle.
