This month saw the school community support the Presbyterian Support food bank with our annual can drive house competition.

On Friday morning at House Assembly the School Council collected 44 pairs of pre loved sports shoes and boots.

As we all know 2020 has been a rough year for almost everyone as people have missed out on great opportunities. For example, the cricket trip that was meant to go to India prior to the Corona virus outbreak.

Over the past two weeks the classes of 9H and 9T have been very busy working on their assessment for the topic of Disease and Society.

The Year 12 Outdoor Education classes are covering bike maintenance over the next few weeks.

It is great to have winter sports underway and see the boys out in the community representing Otago Boys' High School.

On Friday 3 July (the last day of term) the school will close for tuition at 1pm. This will allow staff to prepare and host Hostel Parent Interviews.

With the winter holidays almost upon us it is a great time to curl up by the fire with a good book.
