What are you going to do when you leave school?

Year 13 student Nic Sinnott has won a full scholarship to attend the Youth Australia New Zealand Association for the Advancement in Science (ANZAAS) Forum.

Senior students of German have attended a very successful camp this week out at Tirohanga.

This year I was fortunate to continue my placement at Laser Plumbing.

Term two has started in a positive fashion for the hostel with school and plenty of weekend activities to keep the boys busy. The hostel shooters, had mixed success on the weekend with some claiming up to 60 ducks while others had to settle for only 2 or 3.

There is always a lot happening in the library, but one of our favourite activities is the Book Club.

During the April school holidays Dunedin’s Diving Ōtākou hosted the Diving New Zealand Combined Autumn Championships and the Age Group Nationals diving competitions at Moana Pool, with over 70 divers from around the country competing.

On Tuesday afternoon the Logan Park Road Race was held in superb conditions.

Last Friday the Cross Country was run in superb conditions.

The longstanding winter interschool fixture between Otago Boys' High School and King's High School will be held on Tuesday 15 May.

A casual vacancy has occurred on the board of trustees for an elected parent representative.

Once again we are making our famous cheese rolls to fund raise for a new travel curtain for the stage in our Auditorium.
