At the National Secondary Schools Badminton Tournament, the Otago Boys' team put in some amazing performances.

The football first’s travelled to compete in the Jim Wishart tournament in Nelson. The week started with a long drive through to Mapua Camping ground.

Nominations for Mana Pounamu are now open. The awards are an opportunity to celebrate the achievement of rakatahi Māori in secondary schools across Otago.

After winning the Otago schools championship and then defeating the Southland champions, Otago Boys’ qualified to play in the National finals in Palmerston North.

Otago Boys' fielded teams at both the South Island Junior Premiership and the South Island Senior Qualification Tournament. These were in Nelson and Invercargill respectively. This represented over 2000km of travel and 8 days of tournament play.

On Sunday 2nd of September, we all met at OBHS, pumped for what the week was going to bring us.
