Visit this articleI own and run the supervalue supermarket in Roxburgh. Often the Otago Boys' van has stopped at our shop for the boys to purchase refreshments on their way to different sporting events up country. I have had the privilege to serve some of them. They were all well groomed and extremely polite . I would like to thank you and all the staff at Otago Boys for developing and enforcing such a wonderful culture and I am thrilled that we chose Otago Boys for our son to attend.

A fast developing sport, the quality of teams participating was high and there were no easy games as there have sometimes been at previous tournaments. The quality of the local sides was particularly evident, with many featuring in the higher placings in both the senior and junior competitions.
