Otago Regional Junior Speech Competition

An Opportunity For Learning

At the Otago Regional Junior Speech Competition held this morning at the King's and Queen's Performing Arts Centre, eight schools competed for the cup. Bailey Cavanagh-Welch made us proud by delivering an uplifting and engaging speech about opportunity. He received the highest score but was unfortunately penalised for going over the four minute time limit.
