Welcome back to everyone. It has been a pleasure to have the school back and operating at full capacity this week.

We would like to announce our Term One Students of the Term.

It’s not often that someone like myself gets the chance to stand up in front of all you lads and give a speech about anything, so I intend to make the most of it.

At the completion of the Maadi Cup in March, 3 rowers from Otago Boys' High School gained trails for representative teams.

The Year 12 Geography class were lucky enough to spend 3 days exploring Mount Cook/Aoraki this week.

Having done a lot of the preparatory work prior to the holidays it was a matter of quickly getting up to speed again, with what was planned.

It was on the 15th of April when the school Duke of Edinburgh group gathered once more for what promised to be another intrepid adventure.

Parent Teacher Interviews for the parents/caregivers of students in Year 9 will be held on Wednesday, 12 May.

Nicholas has a genuine passion and interest towards pursuing a career in the electrical industry.

During the recent school holidays a group of eleven students and two staff members went away on a short golf trip.

On Wednesday, 12 May the school will close for tuition at an earlier time to allow for parent/teacher interviews.

On the last Friday of Term 1, the OBHS B Water Polo team played in the final of the Dunedin Schools' Tournament at Moana Pool.
