Year 13 Food and Nutrition - Sushi

Year 13 Food and Nutrition make Sushi

Students are currently working towards the influence of multinational food corporations on eating patterns in New Zealand. Practicals are based around 'healthy fast food' alternatives. Rice balls on Monday and sushi rolls on Tuesday. Some outstanding work and masterpieces were created. The main lesson learnt, check the strength of the wasabi before you eat!
