Old Boy wins National Award
Congratulations to Old Boy Andrew South (2007-2011), who is the youngest son of Old Boy and current teacher at OBHS, Michael South (1965-1969), for winning a national award in the HR industry
Andrew, at age 24 is the manager of the Hamilton and Tauranga branches of recruitment company Agoge, was presented with the award of Recruitment Consultant of the Year, victorious over two other more experienced finalists at the industry awards ceremony held at the Auckland Museum on the 22nd November.
Andrew joined Agoge in 2014 and progressed quickly to Solutions Manager, and later to Branch Manager of Hamilton/BOP. “Because we work with people in such a big way we are constantly challenging what we are doing for our people and how we can do it better. It’s such an incredible honour to be recognised,” said Hamilton Branch manager, Andrew South.
