Barbara Bridger —

After a year of change and challenges for everyone, we hope you’re looking forward to using this festive period to connect with friends and whānau. This is our last eNewsletter for the year before we take time to switch off, recharge our batteries and enjoy a well-deserved break with friends and family.

Despite the ongoing challenges COVID-19 continues to throw at us, let us not forget what we have achieved together throughout this ongoing turbulent time. All our community groups and charities should be immensly proud of their ongoing adaptability.

With this is mind, we wish to reiterate that Otago Community Trust approach to working with you during these uncertain COVID-19 times remains considerate and flexible. We understand that the developing situation may affect some organisations ability to deliver some or all of the outcomes intended when you applied for funding. Do keep us informed if your organisation is having to make changes to planned activities due to COVID-19.

We look forward to a new year that’s full of renewed promise and we hope to be a part of the 2022 aspirations you have for your communities. From all of us at here at Otago Community Trust we wish our community groups a very safe and relaxing holiday season.
