It was with a mixture of gratitude and sadness that we farewelled our Community Engagement Advisor Liz Harburg, as she made the move back home across the ditch...
After three wonderful years with her at Otago Community Trust, Liz made the return trip home to Australia.
Liz has been a powerhouse during her time here and made significant contributions to OCT - most notably spearheading the implementation of our new Tamariki & Rangatahi Strategy and its associated funds. Her dedication to this initiative has left an indelible mark, particularly in supporting the youth of Otago.
Liz's passion for community development and her innovative approach to engagement strategies have been invaluable to our team. Her work has not only strengthened our connections within the community but has also set a solid foundation for future initiatives aimed at nurturing our young people.
While we will miss Liz's expertise and vibrant presence in the office, we wish her all the best as she embarks on a new adventure. The impact of her work will continue to benefit the Otago community for years to come.
