The Distance Learning Office runs forums for distance academic/teaching staff and for administrative distance staff throughout the year. Sometimes we hold joint forums rather than separate ones.

Distance Administration Forum 

This Forum provides a means for staff to discuss issues relating to the administration and support of distance learning. It meets four times a year and on other occasions if the need arises.

Please let us know at any time if there are particular topics that you would like to discuss. It is a good opportunity to hear others' views on an issue or a topic, and to gain from their experience.

These meetings are held via Zoom so that staff may participate from wherever they are. 

Any distance teaching staff member is also welcome to attend meetings of the Administrators' Forum.

Doing so may be especially useful for those who have multiple teaching, administration and programme coordinator roles.
