We're part-way through Semester 2!

Distance Learning —

How are you doing?

As we begin semester 2 more than 400 new students are studying via Distance Learning. Now that we are part-way through the semester, it's a great time to check-in with yourself.

There are some fantastic well-being tools available on the Healthy Campus website.

At the Distance Learning Office, we hope to help in a small way by helping students feel connected to the wider University.

We have an Information and Support booklet to help those who may be starting their very first paper at the Otago University this semester. This will provide information to support you throughout your distance study at Otago.

Of course the team at AskOtago is the 'go-to place' for all enquiries that are not directly related to the academic aspects of your study. They can find answers instantly with AskOtago's searchable knowledgebase, or you can call, email or chat with them.

You will also find the 2021 Guide to the Library a useful resource for information and services offered by the University Library specifically for distance students.

Please feel free to contact the Ruth or Sarah at the Distance Learning Office if you have any suggestions on how we can better support your learning journey.
