In a recent Distance Learning Administration Forum, David Hood (IT Training & Development) provided a great overview of the tips, tricks and benefits of using Teams.

A range of administrators attended the recent forum which provided an overview of how to use Teams with a general question and answer session afterwards.  The use of Teams has become a very crucial part of the day to day connection for many areas within the University. Some staff say that they have been more connected as a team now then ever before, due to this medium.
