Finding Related Research using Google Scholar
Use the Cited by and Related articles links in Google Scholar to find related research.
Consulting the reference list of relevant articles and books is a great way to find related literature. A step on from that process is exploring the Cited by and Related articles of relevant sources.
Found an article that is spot on for your topic? Search for it in Google Scholar. Use Cited by link to browse research that has cited (referenced) it. This particularly helpful because all the Cited by sources will be published more recently that one you searched for.
The Related articles link will help you find other articles on a related topic, but unlike the cited by results, they could be published at any time.
