OPSITARA Research

Congratulations to Thomas Lord whose photobook Screams Like Home was one of the 10 finalists in the Aotearoa Photobook Awards 2022. Thomas used to live in Japan, and took the photographs in the book during a trip back to reconnect and recapture his sense of place. Screams Like Home has been exhibited in Melbourne this year and is currently touring as part of an international exhibition.

You can read about Thomas's more recent work amongst other research by our staff and students in this issue.
