We are very happy to have the “Reading Together” workshops at Otahuhu Primary School.

Reading Together® is a gold standard, research-based workshop programme which helps parents/whānau to provide effective support for their children’s reading (and thereby also supports teachers in their classroom programmes). Whānau have been invited to participate in our relaxed and informal workshop series that is shown to advance your child’s reading progress. Three workshops have been completed with positive reviews from families, students and teachers.

We are looking forward to Workshop 4 which will take place on Thursday 15th September. In this final workshop parents and teachers will be sharing ideas about reading, giving feedback and looking ahead.
