Our 3 teams of mathematicians did very well at the Mathex Competition at Northcross Intermediate.

While none of our teams placed in the top 3, they all performed very well and it was a good learning experience for them all.

Team 1 placed 11th equal with a score of 90

Team 2 placed 20th equal with a score of 80

Team 3 finished with a score of 70.

There were 55 teams in total.

A special mention and congratulations goes to Nicole Zhang from Team 1 who was awarded 1 of only 6 awards for an amazing runner prize for children who demonstrated respect and resilience.
