Notifying an absence can be done 3 ways

Hero - Log in and submit an absence on your child's Hero page

Emailing the school office – enquiries@oteha.school.nz 

Phoning the school office – ph 09 477 0033, choose option 1 and leave a message

A reminder that it is the responsibility of a parent/guardian to report a child’s absence. A new absence notification is required each day if you have not specified a return date in a previous submission.
