On Friday 20 December we will farewell our Year 6s as they head off to new schools and challenges in 2025.

As per our tradition, there will be a formal assembly where the Year 6s will perform an item. We have special awards that will be presented to children, and all Year 6s will receive a graduation certificate.

They will then go out on to the court and will be farewelled by the rest of the school through a haka.

This is always a very special and emotional ceremony, as it marks the end of their time at OVS. Parents and family members of Year 6s are invited to the ceremony in the hall at 11.30. Due to limited space, no other parents are able to attend, but we do invite you all to join us on the court for the final haka and farewell at 12.15 p.m. School finishes at 12.30 p.m. on that day.
