This week your child’s Profile Sheet will be sent home. This lists your contact information and your child’s medical details. We ask that these be checked, signed, and returned to school as soon as possible so that we can ensure the information we have on file is current.

Even if there are no changes the form still needs to be returned.  A reminder that it is the responsibility of a parent/guardian to report a child’s absence. Office staff are spending considerable periods of time following up on daily absences.  We are not allowed to assume that because a child is away sick one day, the reason they are not present the following day will remain the same.  A new absence notification is required each day if you have not specified a return date in a previous submission.
