This year’s cross-country would rank amongst one of the best that we have had!

The weather was perfect and the competitors were keen. The year 8’s set off a cracking pace followed by the year 7's. The non-competitive runners set off from Carlton Reserve after cheering the elite group as they passed and it was not too long before they also arrived back at school.

A huge thank you to the parents who also came along to support the event and congratulations to the students who conducted themselves in such a positive manner, and displaying an enthusiastic attitude to make this such a successful day. Thank you to the teachers, Mr Bateman, Mr Chapman and the small group of students for arriving early and assisting with the event set-up.
