Zespri AIMS Games Gives Back is a fun beach clean-up organised by Tauranga City Council to encourage kaitiakitanga – the protection and guardianship of the environment.

We’re looking for teams or individuals to help protect our beautiful Te Moana a Toi Bay of Plenty coastline, and its marine life.

Thanks to our friends at Downer, there will be a free sausage sizzle onsite for participants 11:30am-1:00pm. And, every athlete who joins a clean-up will go in the draw to win their very own hydroflask!

All the equipment needed will be provided on the day, please just make sure your athletes wear covered shoes and have an adult attend with them.

Where: Hopukiore, Mount Drury Reserve (beach side)

When: Wednesday 6th September 2023

Session times: Either 10:00 am -12:00 noon or 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
