The Performing Arts Academy went on tour on Friday 4th Nov, taking 3 plays that the students had written, choreographed, devised, and practiced over the last term. Everyone had an amazing day interacting with a young audience, and then spending time playing with the preschool tamariki afterwards. The plays were based on the popular childrens' stories - "Giraffes Can't Dance", "Little Red Riding Hood", and "The Day the Crayons Quit". Seeing the Intermediate and preschool children drawn to each other and interacting was a real highlight along with watching their entertaining performances!
