At Ōtūmoetai Intermediate, any student who wishes to sit these international competitions may do so.

These assessments are based on the curricula for the relevant year. Students are asked to demonstrate a deeper, integrated, and thorough level of learning. Students are rewarded with either a Participation, Merit, Credit, Distinction or High Distinction certificate.
