Indoor Cricket Tournament

Tauranga Indoor Sports are thrilled to announce the first ever Bay of Plenty Indoor Sports Trust Junior Indoor Cricket Tournament for the upcoming term 3 holidays in September!

The tournament is set to run throughout the first week of the holidays. Games for the Year 5/6 category will take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while Year 7/8 matches are scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Teams that qualify from both age groups will play in the semi-finals and finals on Sunday, followed by the prize-giving ceremony.

Tournament Details:

Date: Monday 25th September - Sunday 1st October
Time: 8am - 6pm
Venue: Tauranga Indoor Sports - 320 Chadwick Road, Gate Pa, Tauranga 3112
Registration Open/Close: 21st August - 11th September
Age Groups: Year 5/6 & Year 7/8
Format: 6-a-side
Cost: $400 Per Team

How to Register:

Registration for the tournament is now open! Secure your team's spot by filling out the registration form that is attached to this email and send it back once completed. Please note that only 8 team slots are available per age group. We strongly recommend registering early to secure your spot, as participation is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Albion Junior Cricket Club

Albion Junior Cricket Club is one of the largest junior cricket clubs in the WBOP region based at Fergusson Park and we are currently open for registrations for the 2023/2024 season. We cater for school age kids, both boys and girls, from Yr 1 through to Yr 8 and have excellent access to coaching and facilities.
