At the end of Term 2, our school held an Inter-House Haka Challenge.

Each house had a turn at performing the haka and were judged by the following criteria:

• Volume – Strongest overall house. The "Boom" factor.
• Actions – Best actions as a whole syndicate or house. Timing. Unity
• Reo – correct pronunciation.
• Participation – the most participants.
• Entering the hall – Respectful. Controlled.
• Exiting the hall – Respectful. Controlled. Haka competition

The challenge winners were Cooper team (Year 7) who were first overall - see video attached. Batten team were first for Year 8’s.
