Sports Notices
All our winter sports (Hockey, Netball and Basketball) have now been finalised. Invoices have been sent today and are due for payment by the end of Week 1, Term 2. Please contact the sports co-ordinator on sports@otuinter.school.nz if you would like to arrange a payment plan.
Next term will be the start of AIMS Games trials and all students will need to listen out to the daily notices for information about this. Daily Notices can be found here: https://notices.otuinter.school.nz/

Edventure Young Explorers Camp
For 7-13 year olds). Only $575. From 14th-17th April (4 days)
Pick-up/Drop off from HAMILTON, TAURANGA & AUCKLAND.
Based at Ngamuwahine Lodge (SH29, Tauranga), this affordable 4 day camp is for children aged 7-13 looking for a mix of our usual fun outdoors activities including, archery, target shooting, bush walks, swimming, hut building, camp fires and much more. Grounded Gatherings
Nature Library has a new Grounded Gatherings programme to support tweens-teens to thrive, cultivate calm, connection and confidence. See the attached flyer for more details.
Steelo's Rugby/Sports Holiday Programme
We’re excited to launch our Term 1 Holiday Programme, designed to keep tamariki active and engaged during the school break. It runs in Week 1 at Mt Maunganui Intermediate and is open to all abilities, ages 6–13. See the attached flyer or click on the following booking link:

Tauranga Roller Skating Club
Tauranga Roller Skating Club is a well established club and growing rapidly now that we are based at our new purpose built rink at REVOLUTION SKATE CENTRE at Baypark, Mount Maunganui. Please see attached an introduction to Learn to skate programs with the opportunity for students to continue on to recreational or competitive skating. See the attached flyer for further details.

The Great K Valley Cycle Adventure
Get the kids out and active during the April holidays in support of restoring K Valley to its natural state. Join our family-friendly scavenger hunt by bike in the Kopurererua Valley on Sunday 13th April. Meet at the bottom of 17th Avenue from 10:00 am (rolling start until 12:00 noon). Prizes (including a bike) will be awarded at 2:30 pm. Go to https://events.humanitix.com/k-valley-cycle to sign up a team of up to six for just $40 (Organised by Tauranga Sunrise Rotary). Performing Arts Classes
Pform.nz is holding performing art classes at the Elizabeth Street Community & Arts Centre, for ages 5-8 & 9-12, which covers our triple threat singing, dancing and acting. See the attached flyer for further details.
STEAM-ED
See the attached flyer for our upcoming afterschool classes in Term 2. The topic is Fossils and Forensics so tamariki will be learning how to use scientific and technology tools to gather and evaluate evidence to solve crimes and understand mysteries of the ancient past.
