A reminder that we are holding our Mid-Year Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday 29th June 2023

Conferences will be of 15 minutes duration. This allows more in-depth discussion and decision-making about how to best meet your child’s needs. The conference will include your input and ideas as well as teacher professional judgment. Your child’s books will also be a point of discussion. This is an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns you have and to gain valuable information about your child’s learning progress. For us to maximise the potential of your child, it is essential that it is a partnership approach between family/child/teacher. Our students are knowledgeable about their learning and may lead the conferences.

Information has gone home with students and been emailed with details on booking a conference time. If you have any queries, please contact your child’s teacher.

Given the number of students in the classroom, there will only be the facility to have one interview per student. Where there is the necessity for two interviews to be held, the parents involved will need to decide which parent is going to attend this day and a time on another day can be arranged.
