Important Update on Bringing Your Own Devices (BYOD) to School
We would like to remind parents and caregivers that chromebooks are the only type of device able to be brought into our school for learning.
Apple and Windows laptops, iPads and other devices are not supported and unable to connect to our school internet.
We are ensuring students can only access the internet through Classwize and Google Workspace thus creating a safer online experience for them.
We ask that all Year 8 students purchase and bring to school their own chromebook. This will enable them to have their own personal device in this final year at Intermediate and place them in a good position to enter Year 9 at Secondary school.
For students unable to supply their own device, the school owns a limited number of Chromebooks that can be loaned to students as needed.
