Year 8 HPV Vaccination Forms

All Year 8 students should have returned their HPV vaccination forms whether they are having the immunisation or not. We have spare forms at the office if you should require a new one.

Rural Bus Passes

A reminder that all Term 1 rural bus passes should be paid by now and students will need to produce their bus pass at school before boarding the bus. Please visit www.schooltransport.org.nz to order your bus pass if you have not already done so.

Students Arriving At Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School Before School Starts

Students are encouraged to arrive at school between 8.00 am and 8.30 am. There may be times when students need to come earlier for sports team or other practices. We do not have a “before school care programme” and are unable to provide supervision for students arriving before 8.00 am.

Staff are expected to be in their classrooms from 8.30 am and prior to this are preparing lessons and resources for the day. They are not available for general supervision of early arrivals. Some teachers will be on road patrol each day before and after school to assist students navigate the pedestrian crossings on Windsor and Ngatai Roads.
