Winter Sports
Basketball and Hockey trials have now been finalised. Netball trials are still underway and will be finished soon. All winter team sports will be invoiced by the end of the term. All students need to have their fees paid prior to the commencement of their games. If you would like to discuss payment options please contact the Sports Co-ordinator, Leigh Gallager, on sports@otuinter.school.nz

AIMS Games
AIMS trials will start early in Term 2 so students will need to listen to the daily notices for information about these.

Canoe Slalom
Canoe Slalom BOP have coaching available for AIMS Games – beginner or paddled before. See attached flyer for further information.

1 Day Get Active School Holiday Program Fundraiser
Open to 10-13 year olds held at Ōtūmoetai College on Wednesday 19th April 2023 – see attached flyer.

1 Day Junior Squash Tournament Fundraiser
Open to Junior Squash players – graded, ungraded or beginners on Thursday 20th April 2023 – see attached flyer.

Canoe Slalom
Canoe Slalom Bay of Plenty are putting on two FREE Give it a Go opportunities during the upcoming schools holidays at Waimarino Water Park, Bethlehem. Everyone is very welcome, all ages and abilities! See attached flyer for further details.

Basketball Camps
Whai Basketball are offering Basketball Camps for the April school holidays. There are two camps available:

• Whai Camps - for beginner/intermediate experienced players where they can learn new skills, play games and have fun! It is open for Boys and Girls aged 9-12, and no prior playing experience is required.
• “Who’s got next?” Camps - for more advanced players (ideally with representative playing experience). These camps introduce the Whai Style of Play and will help prepare players for Whai Academy trials in October. These camps are open for Boys and Girls aged 12-15.
